Swapnesh brings over 18 years of tempered expertise from the vibrant hospitality and restaurant industry in India and the UAE. On the other hand, Amit leverages a robust financial background, having held key positions in renowned investment banks he brings the virtue of financial management and accounting to the table.
Our journey began with a deep admiration for slow cooked pan Indian food that led us to starting our specialty brand, The Slow-Motion Kitchen serving authentic and rare recipes from around the country to the discerning palate of Punekars.
