Swapnesh brings over 18 years of tempered expertise from the vibrant hospitality and restaurant industry in India and the UAE. On the other hand, Amit leverages a robust financial background, having held key positions in renowned investment banks he brings the virtue of financial management and accounting to the table.
Our journey began with a deep admiration for Mr. Chow's, an upscale comfort Chinese brand hailing from Mumbai with a 16-year legacy. Previously helmed by Swapnesh as CEO, Mr. Chow's flourished with multiple outlets across cities, amassing a loyal clientele of over 100,000 patrons, thanks to its unique product mix and impeccable service.
As the sole franchise for Mr. Chow's in Pune, we've established ourselves in two prime locations, Baner and Kalyani Nagar, catering to over 6000 orders monthly and boasting impressive Zomato-Swiggy ratings of 4.3 and 4.4 respectively.
Building on the success of Mr. Chow's and our commitment to offering Pune's discerning palates a taste of soulful Chinese cuisine, we ventured into the realm of Indian Flavors with our specialty brand, The Slow-Motion Kitchen.
